This has to be scary for home buyers and sellers. All the changes in interest rates and offers. Limited inventory. Believe it or not, this is actually a suitable time to buy or sell, and I will tell

Rosemarie D. Ledogar is a broker who cares. Her mission statement is People First…Always In All Ways. She puts everything on the line for her clients and strives to make their home selling or buying experience a pleasant one. With over 20 years experience in the real estate field, Rosemarie has the knowledge and processes to help with even the most difficult transactions. She is licensed in MA, NY, NH, NC, and SC.
She started out as a senior loan officer in 2000 and got her SC and NC real estate licenses in 2002. She has worked for new construction and has sold homes from single-family to apartment buildings. She is an investor-friendly Realtor and is an investor herself. She is a Lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club in sales. Rosemarie started R.D. Ledogar Real Est8-New England Fine Properties in 2018.
She holds several designations, the one that brings her the most joy is the Certified Military Residential Specialist. Helping and honoring our military is a way she feels she can give back. As a Strategic Pricing Specialist, Rosie will make sure to sell your house for the most money and in the fastest time. Rosemarie is also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and can help during this difficult time. She earned her Strategic Pricing Specialist and Historic Home Specialist designations as well.
During the market crash, Rosemarie made it her mission to help as many people that were underwater in their mortgages as she could, to sell without the stigma of foreclosure. She is Short Sale and Foreclosure Certified and loves to help people out of sticky situations. Her genuine, caring attitude and willingness to go the extra mile makes her a force to be reckoned with and have on your side, buyer and seller alike. Short sales are a difficult transaction to navigate and often take months to complete.
For Rosemarie, it isn’t only about the money, it is more about building long-standing relationships with her clients. This can be seen in her business, as more than 90% of her clients are repeat clients or referrals from others. She genuinely cares about people. Family is everything to Rosemarie, and she carries that into her business.
On a personal level, Rosemarie was born and raised in New York and moved to the Carolinas in 1996. After the tragic death of her only son, Rosemarie moved back north in 2018 to Massachusetts to be closer to her daughter and son-in-law. She loves every minute of life here. She even loves the snow! She enjoys spending her free time volunteering at animal shelters, paranormal investigating, and spending time with family.
She feels that the people in New England are the best in the country. She is an avid animal lover and Patriots fan and she loves anything old or antique.
